made of heavy gauge food grade stainless steel. The crown and tiers
of the fountain are welded in order to hold up to sterilization in
a commercial dishwasher and heavy use. Our
fountains also work using a stainless steel auger instead of a pump.
This type of construction allows the use of solid chocolates. Pump
based fountain systems only work with chocolate syrup. STAINLESS
STEEL is the food industry standard for sanitary reliable products.
That is why our fountains are made with stainless steel augers NOT
PLASTIC.
